Martinique® Celebration is a collaborative collection of bespoke fabrics and wallcoverings developed by CW Stockwell, the 115+ year old heritage brand behind the iconic Martinique® palm leaf pattern, and VOUTSA, the design studio known for its ability to marry hand-painted imagery with contemporary manufacturing methods, resulting in its widely recognized digitally printed wallpaper and fabric line.

Martinique® Celebration is a dynamic blend of these two design houses; for this collection, CW Stockwell's irrepressible Martinique® hand-printed banana leaf pattern serves as both structural guide and canvas underneath five gouache over-paintings. Voutsa's first collaboration with the heritage brand's archive, Celebration presents a whimsical suite of painterly reinterpretations inspired by five icons of art and design: David Hockney, Henri Matisse, Josef Frank, Theodor Seuss Geisel, and Werner Herzog.
