LeBlanc Design
Perched above the city rush, Boston interior designer Tiffany LeBlanc set out to create an interior as captivating as the view out the floor-to-ceiling windows.
“This project presented an interesting challenge,” LeBlanc says, “We had to thoughtfully balance the large windows with our client’s desire for an intimate feeling space.”
In the living room and hallways, a Venetian plaster finish gives the home an airiness befitting its elevated position. Meanwhile, artwork sourced from New York City galleries brings a sense of playful vibrancy to the living area. Custom millwork using birdseye maple completes the den.
Enter the primary bedroom, and the mood eases into sophisticated serenity, the bed’s custom-upholstered headboard nestling into silk-fabric walls. In the primary bath, a custom white oak vanity catches your eye. Dramatic book-matched Calacatta slab walls and mosaic flooring complete the experience.
In this high-rise retreat, there’s always another purposeful element to be found — a kitchen island of semi-precious stones with a waterfall edge, gold leaf ombre wallpaper in the guest bedroom, a sink carved from a block of marble in the powder room — and always another view to marvel at.
