Lakeview Atelier– Simple, Timeless, and Poetic embodiment of serenity.

Perched in Austin’s prestigious neighborhood, Lakeview Atelier is a lakehouse retreat renovated from top to bottom, the home was transformed into a European-inspired sanctuary with a sustainable approach, balancing tradition and contemporary, playfulness and refinement, and weaving nature, art, and craftsmanship throughout.

The home reflects its owners - a music and art enthusiast and a medical professional—blending logic with aesthetics. Spaces were extended thoughtfully, emphasizing flow, story-driven pieces, environmental responsibility, and a women-centric core. At the heart lies a central gathering space where living, dining, kitchen flow seamlessly. Vintage rugs, a custom fireplace with reinterpreted moldings, whimsical nature motifs, bespoke cabinetry, artistic lighting, and ceiling wallpaper create a layered, spirited, and poetic environment. Bedrooms, bathrooms, a powder room, an indoor under staircase garden extend the narrative of charm, elegance, and whimsy.

Downstairs celebrates the owners’ artistic life with butterfly rugs, crane wallpaper, a guitar displayed as art, and a sculptural horse lamp. Outdoors, layered porches, a pool, a European-style courtyard, and the Wings of Growth mural—Tree of Life and birds symbolizing family and continuity—anchor the landscape.
