Set on the historic lot once home to the founders of Dean Foods, this newly built estate stands as a modern classic— designed by our team from the ground up. The design blends contemporary flare with unique character, creating a home that is breathtaking.

Every feature was custom crafted, beginning with the grand staircase detailed in brass and continuing through ceiling soffits, millwork, and chandeliers designed exclusively for the client—including a signature fixture named in their honor. European windows covered in custom coverings from CRC Window Fashion (Schaumburg) flood the home with light, enhancing layered textiles and finishes.

The dining room showcases custom cabinetry, brass accents, Dorya furniture, handmade crown moldings, trim-integrated mirrors, and Nick Alain chandeliers. The kitchen mirrors this artistry with Bovelli custom cabinets, antique mirrored panels, a brass-accented custom hood, premium appliances, and Waterstone fixtures. Materials from Antolini, Fornasetti, and Tree Masters elevate the aesthetic further.

The living room pairs bold color with selections from Roche Bobois, Holly Hunt, Christopher Guy, and Jean Paul Gaultier atop Porcelanosa floors. The lower level shifts into a masculine-inspired space anchored by a striking Bisazza custom mosaic of Chinese Terracotta Warriors—an unforgettable focal point in a home defined by one-of-a-kind luxury.
