Description
CN Interiors, Inc.
Ultimate Culinary Luxury
This fully gutted Chicago historic building has been transformed from a closed-in, deteriorating structure into a breath of fresh air—so compelling that the completed home sold within just weeks. The renovated exterior brings modernity and freshness, while the interior showcases a trendy, avant-garde design suited for family or a free-spirited urban dweller.
Small rooms were opened to create a rare luxury in the city: a spacious, gourmet kitchen. Anchored in a custom “it” color of 2025—a custom green—we designed custom cabinets, soffits, and a striking island with uniquely crafted legs in a dark finish. A custom wood hood, Cyan lighting, Taj Mahal quartzite surfaces, and professional appliances elevate the kitchen to showpiece status. Additional details like the custom-built china cabinet and modern porcelain-trim fireplace continue the refined aesthetic.
White oak flooring unifies the entire home. Newly designed bathrooms feature industrial-urban cabinetry, Porcelanosa and Kohler materials, MSI quartz, Holly Hunt wall coverings, and hardware from Tom Knob and Schaub—balancing city cool with family comfort. Lounge spaces include a bar with artistic paneling and mixed gold-and-black finishes. Lighting from Lightology and accents from Uttermost complete the home’s curated style.
USA Custom Cabinets (Bensenville) and Old World Granite (Wheeling) contributed to this transformation.
