Green Hills Traditional
Brad Ramsey Interiors reimagined this 1949 home into a fresh yet timeless retreat for a young family, blending classic architecture with layered, collected design. Working in collaboration with architect Catherine Tracy Sloan and Davis Properties, Ramsey honored the home’s original bones while thoughtfully expanding its functionality for modern living. From the marble-lined gallery that acts as the home’s connective spine to the vaulted family room washed in natural light, every space balances tradition with a warm, livable spirit.
Throughout the home, Ramsey’s signature layering is on full display with 11 wallpapers, bespoke millwork, and custom furnishings that create depth without overwhelm. The jewel-box sitting room features a 13-foot custom sofa, moody palette, and artful contrast, while the dining room—a former formal living room—now centers around the client’s heirloom table, framed by tailored blue trim and built-in bar. In the kitchen, classic detailing, natural textures, and an expanded footprint create a hub that feels both elegant and effortless. The home feels deeply rooted, beautifully refreshed, and thoughtfully crafted for the next generation.
